1. The exclusive process of underwater pelletization is equipped with a complete set of underwater pelletization system. The elastomer melt is cooled and pelletized immediately after entering the water, and the particles are round and free of adhesion, which perfectly avoids the pain points of broken strips, sticking strips and agglomeration of TPU and TPE soft materials, eliminates the subsequent strip cutting and air drying processes, and makes the production process more streamlined.
2. Excellent screw mixing performance. The twin-screw cavity structure has uniform shear, which can complete the full blending of elastomer substrate, auxiliary agent and plasticizer, evenly dispersed materials, stable physical properties of finished particles, and is suitable for various formulation processes of modification, filling and blending.
