The PET waste recycling and granulation production line has completed assembly and commissioning in the workshop. The production line is designed with a capacity of 1 t/h and is specifically designed for the resource recycling of waste PET materials such as PET bottle sheets and PET films. Its core equipment is an underwater granulation system and a wire-free melt filter.
The entire production line achieves continuous production integrating automatic feeding, extrusion plasticization, melt filtration, underwater granulation, dehydration and cooling. The meshless filter supports online continuous slag discharge, eliminating the need for frequent downtime and filter replacement, reducing downtime losses, effectively improving the continuity of PET recycling production, and reducing manual maintenance costs.
The underwater granulation process completes granulation and cooling in a water environment, inhibiting the high-temperature degradation of PET, resulting in round and uniform granules and stable quality of finished recycled materials, which can be supplied to downstream industries such as chemical fibers and packaging.
