The unit is specially optimized for the filling and granulation conditions, with a stable production capacity covering 200-500kg/h, which marks the further improvement of Kerke’s technical strength in the field of high-filling powder modification equipment.
Special optimization to adapt to high filling conditions
This off-line unit adopts Kerke’s classic parallel twin-screw design with co-directional building blocks, and has made special configuration upgrades for the processing characteristics of high-filling systems such as calcium carbonate, talc, titanium dioxide and glass fiber:
High-torque drive system: High-power variable frequency main motor with high-torque reduction box, strong load-bearing capacity, can stably cope with the continuous mixing and extrusion of high viscosity and high filling materials;
Segmented alloy cylinder: It adopts segmented structure, accurate temperature control, wear and corrosion resistance, and adapts to the process adjustment requirements under different filling ratios;
• Forced side feeding system: Equipped with independent frequency conversion forced side feeding unit to ensure the uniform addition of powder filler, avoid bridging and feeding fluctuation, and ensure the consistency of finished particle filling degree;
• Integrated thickened base: The whole machine adopts an integrated thickened steel structure base, which runs smoothly and has little vibration, which is suitable for long-term continuous industrial production.
