Type 65 twin-screw granulating unit of Kerke Extrusion Equipment Co., Ltd., which supports the PET recycling project in Korea, was successfully delivered to the customer’s factory area. The company sent a professional technical team to the site to complete the whole process delivery of equipment in-place assembly, online debugging of the whole machine and on-site practical training. The designed capacity of this machine can reach 300KG/h, the operation parameters of the equipment have passed the calibration, the operation conditions are stable, and the mass production conditions of PET waste recycling granulation are officially met.
Site Implementation Details
The equipment delivered this time is specially customized and developed for the customer’s PET plastic recycling and recycling process. The 65 twin-screw host is equipped with intelligent touch operating system, accurate weight loss feeding system, multi-section zoned temperature control cylinder and independent supporting electric control cabinet. Our engineers successively completed pipeline connection, circuit verification, temperature calibration, transmission no-load test, and trial production debugging with materials, and strictly optimized the process parameters according to the 300KG/h rated capacity standard to ensure the stable and controllable quality of PET material plasticization, extrusion and granulation.
During the commissioning period, special technical training was carried out simultaneously, and the start-up and shutdown process of the unit, the allocation of PET processing technology parameters, the daily inspection specifications, the maintenance and replacement of wear parts, the emergency treatment of common faults, the regular maintenance plan of equipment, etc. were explained to the Korean production operators. Combined with the demonstration operation teaching of real machines, it was ensured that the partner personnel could independently complete the safe operation and basic maintenance of the whole PET recycling and granulation production line.
