The new co-directional parallel twin-screw extrusion granulation production line successfully completed the whole machine assembly and entered the joint debugging stage before leaving the factory. This set of equipment will provide high-performance plastic mixing and granulation integrated solutions for customers in modified plastics, biodegradable materials, functional masterbatch and other industries.
This off-line twin-screw extrusion production line adopts a mature building block screw combination structure. The main engine is equipped with a high-power drive system and a high-precision transmission unit, and with a multi-channel weight loss metering feeding system, it can realize stable and accurate feeding of main materials, powder additives, glass fiber and other materials. The cylinder of the equipment adopts zoned independent temperature control design, supports multi-stage vacuum devolatilization configuration, can efficiently complete the processes of material transportation, melting, shear dispersion, exhaust purification, etc., and is suitable for complex formula modification process. The whole production line is equipped with water-cooled drawing, air-drying and pelletizing units, which constitutes a complete continuous pelletizing process.
This series of models has outstanding compatibility and can be widely used in glass fiber reinforced engineering plastics, flame retardant modified plastics, high filling masterbatch, PLA/PBAT biodegradable materials, plastic alloys, recycled plastics modified granulation and other fields. According to different material characteristics, screw elements and process sections can be flexibly adjusted, taking into account the requirements of high shear dispersion and low shear processing of heat-sensitive materials, which has significant advantages in production stability, energy consumption control and finished particle quality.
In recent years, the new material industry has developed rapidly, and the market has put forward higher requirements for the process adaptability and automation level of modified equipment. Kolke continued to deepen the R&D and manufacturing of twin-screw extrusion equipment, continuously optimized the main engine structure, control system and supporting auxiliary machine schemes, and continuously upgraded the equipment performance according to the iterative needs of downstream industry formula.
In the next step, after all the factory tests are completed, this set of equipment will be sent to the customer’s site for production. Kolke will also continue to rely on its own technology accumulation to provide customized extrusion equipment and complete sets of process technical support for new material enterprises at home and abroad, and help the high-quality development of new plastic material industry.
