With negative pressure dust removal pipeline, it completely solves the dust overflow problem of traditional manual feeding and meets the environmental protection production verification standard; The middle layer is equipped with a multi-warehouse weight loss measuring system, and the multi-component raw materials are independently and accurately weighed, and the ratio accuracy is controlled within ±0.3%, effectively avoiding the color difference and performance fluctuation of finished products caused by manual batching, and ensuring the batch stability of masterbatch products.
The core main engine of the production line adopts high-torque co-directional twin-screw extrusion structure, equipped with high-power special drive motor and heavy-duty deceleration system, which is suitable for processing various difficult materials such as calcium carbonate high-filling masterbatch, low-smoke halogen-free cable material, engineering plastic modification, color masterbatch, etc. The stable production capacity of a single production line can reach 600-800kg/h. The building block screw element supports customized length-to-diameter ratio on demand, and with multi-stage vacuum exhaust device, it can fully remove small volatile molecules inside materials and improve the quality of finished plastic particles.
