This off-line equipment adopts an integrated thickened steel structure base, with a high-power frequency conversion main drive system. The high-torque reduction transmission box can carry high-strength processing conditions such as glass fiber reinforcement and high filling powder, with smooth operation and higher load-bearing upper limit. The upper part of the unit is equipped with an independent frequency conversion forced feeding unit, and the special mixing bin is equipped with an independent driving motor to realize accurate and quantitative feeding for hard-to-transport materials such as crushed materials, powders and long glass fibers. The main engine and the feeding system are linked to regulate the speed, effectively avoiding the problems of overflowing and breaking materials, and ensuring the stability of formula ratio. The core mixing section adopts building block wear-resistant alloy barrel and co-meshing twin screw structure, and the modular screw elements can be freely combined according to different processes, and multi-stage temperature control and multi-stage vacuum devolatilization structure are integrated to quickly remove moisture and small molecule volatiles in materials, thus greatly improving the purity and mechanical properties of finished plastic particles; The screw self-cleaning structure design shortens the cleaning time of material change and color change, and adapts to the demand of multi-category flexible production.

This series of twin-screw extruders has strong process compatibility, which can support the processing and production of many types of polymer materials:
1. Engineering plastic modification: PP, PA, PC, ABS glass fiber reinforcement, flame retardant, antistatic modification granulation;
2. Biodegradable materials: PLA and PBAT fully degradable resin mixing, filling and modifying production;
3. Manufacturing of functional masterbatch: processing of high-concentration color masterbatch, calcium carbonate filled masterbatch and functional auxiliary masterbatch;

Different from the traditional drawing strip pelletizing matching scheme, this model can be adapted to diversified post-treatment matching processes such as water ring hot cutting and underwater pelletizing, and can flexibly match the whole production line according to customer’s production capacity and material characteristics to meet the differentiated needs of small and medium-sized test lines to 10,000-ton mass production lines.
