Recently, our customized ECM250S continuous mixer unit has completed the whole process of factory inspection and online acceptance by customers. All the operating parameters and process performance of the equipment have reached the standard, and the complete assembly is waiting to be shipped to the Brazilian production base.
Accurately match customer working conditions, adapt to multi-masterbatch production conditions, and have strong process coverage
This continuous internal mixing system with an output of 200 kg per hour is extremely versatile, and can be widely adapted to the production of mainstream rubber-plastic modified products such as high-filled calcium carbonate masterbatch, talc powder filling masterbatch, carbon black conductive masterbatch and color functional color masterbatch, and accurately match the mass production demand of EVA high carbon black filler of Brazilian customers. The whole set of equipment realizes the continuous operation of the whole process of feeding, internal mixing, extrusion and discharge, and the staying time of materials in the cavity is accurate and controllable. It is equipped with a vacuum negative pressure exhaust system, which can efficiently remove the water vapor and low molecular volatiles inside the materials, improve the density and appearance quality of masterbatch finished products from the source, and adapt to the normalized continuous production operation of large-batch and fixed formula in the factory.
Compared with traditional batch internal mixing, the production advantage is outstanding
1. Higher production efficiency: Abandoning the intermittent operation mode of intermittent feeding and waiting for discharge, the whole production line can stably maintain 200kg/h discharge operation for a long time, and it is suitable for the automatic extrusion granulation line, and the utilization rate of unit capacity is greatly improved.
2. The shear working condition is milder: the controllable mixing shear strength can not only ensure the uniform dispersion of powder filler, but also not cause excessive shear degradation of polymer matrix, thus stably ensuring the mechanical properties of materials;
3. High process consistency: real-time closed-loop adjustment of various parameters of temperature, pressure and speed, minimal fluctuation of color difference and dispersion of different batches of products, and the quality stability of finished products is far better than that of intermittent production mode;
4. Lower operation and maintenance cost: the continuous structure has balanced heating, and the global water cooling + zoned precision heating system has more advantages in equipment loss and energy consumption control.
Hard-core customized configuration to build the bottom line of overseas delivery quality
The model of this Brazilian project adopts wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant core components such as double-alloy chrome-plated rotor and nitrided screw, and multi-section zoned temperature control, servo discharge and vacuum exhaust system are integrated and controlled. The equipment has gone through multi-layer quality inspection and audit of assembly and debugging, no-load trial operation and simulation calibration with materials, and successfully completed the acceptance with stable and reliable performance of the whole machine.
This equipment acceptance has further consolidated the company’s cooperation foundation in the South American rubber and plastic masterbatch equipment market. Kerke will continue to provide stable and efficient continuous production equipment support for rubber and plastic modification enterprises at home and abroad with customized complete sets of mixing and extrusion schemes.
