The dual-purpose twin-screw granulation production line of water ring pull bar customized by overseas customers in Bangladesh successfully completed the raw material test and acceptance in the company’s production workshop. The production capacity and process indicators of the equipment have reached the standards, and it will be delivered to sea soon.
This customized production line is specially built for the recycling granulation of PE polyethylene materials, and the hourly stable production capacity of the equipment can reach 300-400kg/h. The biggest highlight of the unit is the free switching of dual processes. One set of main engines can be compatible with two sets of mature granulation modes of water ring hot cutting and water-cooled pulling strip, which can meet the diversified raw material production needs of customers.
In the test stage of water ring hot cutting condition, after PE raw materials are fully plasticized and kneaded by twin screw main machine, the die discharge material is immediately completed by underwater cutting assembly for hot cutting granulation; The particles are quickly cooled and formed in the water circulation cavity, and the spherical finished particles are round and compact, which can efficiently adapt to the processing and production of PE film soft recycled materials, and have the advantages of fast discharge speed, difficult particle adhesion and outstanding production efficiency.
In the water-cooled drawing mode, a plurality of regular material strips are extruded from the molten material, which are fully cooled and hardened by an extended water-cooled water tank and then transported to a pelletizing equipment to obtain standard cylindrical particles by cutting. The process has stable operation and low debugging threshold, and is suitable for processing hard materials such as PE modified raw materials and filling masterbatch. Customers can switch auxiliary components at any time according to raw material categories, flexibly switch between two sets of production processes, and one production line takes into account various PE particle processing businesses, greatly improving the comprehensive utilization rate of equipment.
The whole extrusion unit is equipped with a co-directional parallel twin-screw host, which has excellent plasticizing and mixing performance, and can be used in various production scenarios such as PE recycling, modified blending, filling masterbatch processing, etc. The water cooling circulation system of the whole machine is optimized for local working conditions, and the cooling performance is stable for long-term operation, ensuring the continuous production capacity output of 300-400kg per hour. The modular fuselage structure is also convenient for disassembly, installation and post-maintenance of overseas sites, laying a solid foundation for Bangladesh customers to put into operation in the later stage.
