由南京科瑞挤出设备有限公司研制的一套集负压输送、无重力计量、高速混合与双螺杆挤出于一体的全套改性塑料造粒设备，已在工厂完成组装调试，即将交付客户投入生产。该生产线设计产能为600-900kg/h，可根据物料配方灵活调整产量。
The pelletizing line adopts a centralized layout of an integrated steel structure platform, integrating a raw material negative pressure conveying system, a weightless automatic batching unit, a high-speed mixing unit and a KTE series twin-screw extrusion main unit from top to bottom. The entire production line achieves continuous closed production from raw material conveying, automatic proportioning, premixing to melt mixing, replacing the traditional manual feeding mode, effectively controlling production dust, improving the stability of formula proportioning, and achieving a metering accuracy of ±0.3%, ensuring uniform performance of each batch of particles.
该设备兼容多种高分子材料改性工艺，可用于碳酸钙/滑石粉填充改性、PLA/PBAT生物降解材料、色母粒、玻璃纤维增强材料及TPE弹性体等产品的造粒加工，广泛服务于新材料、塑料改性及生物降解材料等行业。生产线配备安全防护平台和集中控制系统，便于现场操作与维护检修，降低人工劳动强度，满足现代化工厂的环保要求与自动化生产需求。
