A complete set of modified plastic granulation equipment integrating negative pressure conveying, weightlessness measurement, high-speed mixing, and twin-screw extrusion from Nanjing Kerke Extrusion Equipment Co., Ltd. has been assembled and commissioned at the factory and will soon be delivered to customers for production. The production line is designed with a capacity of 600-900kg/h, and the output can be flexibly adjusted according to the material formula.
The pelletizing line adopts a centralized layout of an integrated steel structure platform, integrating a raw material negative pressure conveying system, a weightless automatic batching unit, a high-speed mixing unit and a KTE series twin-screw extrusion main unit from top to bottom. The entire production line achieves continuous closed production from raw material conveying, automatic proportioning, premixing to melt mixing, replacing the traditional manual feeding mode, effectively controlling production dust, improving the stability of formula proportioning, and achieving a metering accuracy of ±0.3%, ensuring uniform performance of each batch of particles.
The equipment is compatible with various polymer material modification processes and can be used for granulation processing of products such as calcium carbonate/talc filling modification, PLA/PBAT biodegradable materials, color masterbatches, glass fiber reinforced materials, and TPE elastomers, widely serving industries such as new materials, plastic modification, and biodegradable materials. The production line is equipped with a safety protection platform and a centralized control system, which facilitates on-site operation and maintenance inspections, reduces manual labor intensity, and meets the environmental protection and automated production needs of modern factories.
Nanjing Kerke focuses on the research and development and manufacturing of twin-screw extrusion equipment, and continues to provide customized complete polymer mixing and granulation solutions for domestic and foreign customers, helping to improve the quality and efficiency of the new materials industry.
