南京ケルケ押出設備有限公司が提供する、負圧搬送・無重量計量・高速混合・二軸押出を一体化した改良型プラスチック造粒設備の完全セットが工場内で組み立て・調整を終え、まもなくお客様へ納入され、生産に投入される予定です。本ラインは時速600～900kgの処理能力を備えており、原料配合に応じて生産量を柔軟に調整することが可能です。
The pelletizing line adopts a centralized layout of an integrated steel structure platform, integrating a raw material negative pressure conveying system, a weightless automatic batching unit, a high-speed mixing unit and a KTE series twin-screw extrusion main unit from top to bottom. The entire production line achieves continuous closed production from raw material conveying, automatic proportioning, premixing to melt mixing, replacing the traditional manual feeding mode, effectively controlling production dust, improving the stability of formula proportioning, and achieving a metering accuracy of ±0.3%, ensuring uniform performance of each batch of particles.
本設備は各種ポリマー材料の改質プロセスに対応可能で、炭酸カルシウム／タルク充填改質、PLA／PBAT生分解性材料、カラーマスターバッチ、ガラス繊維強化材料、TPEエラストマーなどの製品の造粒加工に利用できます。新素材、プラスチック改質、生分解性材料といった幅広い分野で活躍しています。さらに、本ラインには安全保護プラットフォームと集中制御システムが搭載されており、現場での操作や保守点検が容易になり、人的労働負荷を低減するとともに、現代工場における環境保護および自動化生産のニーズにも対応しています。
