This high-performance twin-screw extruder incorporates an industry-leading modular design concept, with all key components technically optimized to balance performance and durability:
High-Torque Gearbox: Equipped with an 11.5 torque-class gearbox (specific torque of 11.5 Nm/cm³), it is suitable for high-power, high-output, and highly-filled material production lines. It offers high transmission efficiency, low operating noise, and significantly extended equipment lifespan, meeting the demands of long-term continuous production.
Customizable Barrel System: The barrel features a segmented modular design with built-in spiral water cooling channels and electric heating elements. Each segment is independently temperature-controlled, achieving a temperature accuracy of ±1°C. Barrel materials can be selected based on material properties, including 38CrMoAl, 45# high-chromium alloy, or WC-Co powder alloy liners, making it suitable for processing highly filled and highly abrasive materials.
High-wear-resistant screw elements: The core twin-screw elements feature a modular combination structure that can be freely configured to meet various process requirements, enabling material conveying, melting, shearing, mixing, degassing, and pressure-building extrusion. Elements are available in wear- and corrosion-resistant materials such as CPM-10V and SKD11, effectively extending equipment service life and reducing maintenance costs.
High-efficiency drive system: Equipped with high-efficiency, low-noise AC variable-frequency or permanent magnet synchronous motors, the system offers smooth operation and strong overload capacity. Customized configurations can be provided based on the customer’s on-site environmental requirements to achieve an optimal balance between performance and cost.
