Kerke’s complete set of twin-screw extrusion granulation line completes factory commissioning, high-end rubber and plastic equipment empowers the upgrading of new material industry

In the production workshop of Kerke Extrusion Equipment Co., Ltd., several sets of KTE series co-directional parallel twin-screw water-cooled pull bar granulation production lines have completed the whole machine assembly, linkage testing and factory inspection, and all the technology, energy consumption and stability indicators of the equipment have reached the standards. They will soon be sent to domestic new materials, modified plastics and degradable materials manufacturers in batches, providing domestic complete sets of extrusion solutions for the field of polymer processing.
The water-cooled draw bar granulation line commissioned this time is the mature main model of the enterprise. The whole line integrates precision feeding unit, KTE series twin-screw mixing host, hydraulic automatic screen changing die, ultra-long stainless steel cooling tank, frequency conversion traction unit, pelletizing auxiliary machine and a complete set of supporting systems of vacuum devolatilization, hydraulic drive and intelligent electronic control, and builds a closed-loop automatic production line from raw material feeding to finished plastic granule output.
The equipment is equipped with Kolke’s self-developed building block twin-screw barrel structure, with independent temperature control in sections, and a special gearbox with high torque. The internal meshing screw realizes high-intensity dispersion and melting mixing of materials; It is equipped with split side feeding and weight loss measuring system, which can accurately mix multi-component raw materials such as resin, glass fiber, calcium carbonate and functional additives; The vacuum devolatilization module efficiently removes water vapor and low molecular volatiles from the raw materials, and ensures the purity of finished particles from the source. The extruded plastic material strips are quickly water-cooled and shaped by a mobile long water tank, and the variable frequency traction motor is fed at a constant speed and stably, and finally the standard particles with uniform particle size, no burrs and no debris are cut, which supports 24-hour continuous industrial production.
Global adaptation to cover multi-track polymer material processing needs
As a high-tech enterprise deeply engaged in extrusion equipment for more than ten years, Kolke KTE series twin-screw granulation equipment has strong material compatibility, which can be adapted to all kinds of polymer material modified granulation production:
1. Modified plastics field: mass production of PP/PA/ABS glass fiber reinforcement, high-filled calcium carbonate, flame retardant and toughened modified particles;
2. Functional masterbatch track: special functional masterbatch production line for color masterbatch, antistatic, antibacterial and degradation;
3. Recycling sector: complete solutions for waste plastic sorting, cleaning, modification and recycling;
4. Green new materials: PLA, PBAT biodegradable plastics, wood-plastic composites, extrusion processing of new energy cable materials.
Compared with traditional extrusion equipment, Kolke’s self-developed screw components adopt wear-resistant alloy technology, and the hydraulic rapid screen change structure shortens the shutdown maintenance time, and reduces the energy consumption by more than 10% under the same production capacity. The models cover laboratory minicomputers (KTE-16) to large-scale mass production models (KTE-135), with a production capacity range of 100kg/h ~1200kg/h, which can match the differentiated production needs of small and medium-sized processing plants and large-scale new material industrial parks. It has served more than 3,000 enterprises at home and abroad, and its equipment is exported to more than 70 countries around the world.
