南京科瑞挤出设备有限公司已顺利完成其定制化KTE65+SE150双阶挤出造粒生产线的全流程工厂测试。该设备即将发运至俄罗斯，用于支持当地客户开展黑色母粒的规模化生产项目。
该生产线专为高炭黑含量的黑色母粒应用量身定制，采用经典的双阶串联工艺：第一阶KTE65同向双螺杆挤出机负责对炭黑与载体树脂进行充分混合与分散，独立完成粉体的润湿与解絮；第二阶SE150单螺杆挤出机则维持熔体压力，稳定物料向模头的输送。通过将混炼与压力建立过程有效分离，该方案可有效解决高填充炭黑加工过程中常见的局部过热、物料降解及筛网频繁堵塞等行业痛点，确保产品色泽均匀、性能稳定。
The production line is equipped with a water-ring hot-cutting system that produces spherical particles with a uniform appearance. A complementary loss-in-weight automatic feeding and batching system ensures precise metering of carbon black, resin, and additives, reduces dust generation, and guarantees formulation consistency.The entire equipment set is equipped with a PLC control system that supports a Russian-language operating interface. Electrical and lubrication components are optimized for the low-temperature workshop environments in Russia, ensuring compatibility with local operating conditions.The equipment has a stable production capacity of 300–500 kg/h, with a maximum carbon black loading of 50%. It is suitable for black masterbatches based on PE and PP carriers and is widely used in pipe manufacturing, film blowing, and injection molding.
The successful implementation of this project represents a significant step in Kerke Rubber & Plastic Modification Equipment’s ongoing commitment to the Russian market. The company will simultaneously provide Russian-language operating manuals, on-site commissioning services overseas, and long-term remote technical support to ensure stable production for its international clients.In the future, Kerke will continue to optimize its two-stage mixing and pelletizing technology to provide comprehensive extrusion solutions for masterbatch and new materials customers worldwide.

PET废料回收造粒生产线已在车间完成组装与调试。该生产线设计产能为1吨/小时，专用于PET瓶片、PET薄膜等废弃PET材料的资源化回收利用。其核心设备为水下造粒系统及无丝熔体过滤器。
整条生产线集自动上料、挤出塑化、熔体过滤、水下造粒、脱水冷却等功能于一体，实现连续化生产。无网式过滤器支持在线连续排渣，无需频繁停机更换滤网，有效降低停机损失，显著提升PET回收生产的连续性，并减少人工维护成本。
水下造粒工艺在水环境中完成造粒与冷却，有效抑制PET高温降解，使造粒成品圆润均匀，回收料品质稳定，可直接供给化纤、包装等下游行业使用。
随着全球塑料循环经济的持续发展，该设备适用于各类废旧PET回收项目，帮助回收企业提升产能与产品稳定性，满足国内外市场对可持续再生材料的生产需求。

软木挤出设备已完成一台小型医用聚合物造粒机组的装配及厂内联合调试。该设备设计产能为315千克/小时，适用于医用可生物降解材料及药用辅料的配方研发、小试和小批量生产。其兼容风冷牵伸与水冷牵伸两种冷却工艺，可根据物料特性灵活切换。
整条生产线配备高速混合机、同向双螺杆挤出机、冷却输送单元以及牵引造粒机。该设备可快速切换冷却方案：采用风冷模式时，取消水箱，全程干冷，避免物料吸水、水解及水分杂质污染；无需额外干燥工序，特别适用于PLGA、PLA、医用TPU等易水解且敏感的医用高分子材料。切换至水冷模式时，则连接水箱进行冷却，冷却效率更高，适合耐水性医用改性聚合物及通用改性材料的加工与试生产。
主机采用模块化双螺杆结构，机筒与螺杆均可进行镜面抛光并做防腐处理，便于拆卸、组装与清洗，减少高价值医用材料的残留。分段式独立精密温控系统配合真空脱挥装置，可有效去除单体及低分子量挥发物，降低聚合物热降解程度，确保产出物料的纯度。冷却输送部分支持变频调速，风速与牵引速度均可调节，以保证物料条带成型稳定；切粒机构的颗粒长度可调，颗粒尺寸均匀一致。
This model mainly serves pharmaceutical company R&D centers and university new materials laboratories, taking into account formula prototyping and small-batch trial production, and reducing the testing losses of expensive medical raw materials. The entire machine can be customized according to cleanliness requirements and adapted to medical material process verification scenarios. The equipment itself does not represent GMP certification; the workshop cleanliness conditions and a complete set of verification documents must be provided by the customer.
The iteration of new medical polymer materials is accelerating, and different materials have significantly different requirements for cooling processes. One set of equipment is compatible with both air-cooling and water-cooling processes, which can cover more R&D sample needs. Kerke continues to optimize extrusion equipment solutions and provide extrusion solutions to address the pain points of specialty polymers and medical materials. After completing factory testing, the unit will be shipped to the customer’s site for use.
